Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier. Orders outside of the UK may take longer to arrive, and delivery times can vary depending on international shipping and customs processing.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made to order and may take up to 4 weeks for production and shipping. If your order includes both pre-order and standard items, your order may be shipped once all items are ready.

If you wish to request a refund for a pre-order item, the request must be made within 4 weeks of placing the order.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
